No Arbitration with Blueberry First Nations
ARX, has spend how many dollars and how much energy in NE B.C. and has made zero progress over the past number of years, and are really going backwards when you consider Sunrise, and the capital spent with no production gains.
They can't get well licenses.
They can't move forward with predictable resouce development.
They can't have a plan that can be executed.
Is this all going to be solved in arbitration with First Nations?, likely not it going to be an ongoing saga until they cut the first nations into all the projects.
Attachie now with rusting infastructure, Sunrise another project with capex an no permits.
You can't get a well license in NE BC, and i hardly think they will be able to maintian production pretty soon.
Time to move on, again.
IMHO

Points well taken however it would seem that the narrative in BC is changing and lets face it. These issues are political and the tides have shifted, might not be in the next month but after winter i think these licenses are going to get expedited .

I have heard rumors of a resolution that has been held up by political concerns. Now that a new premier is in office, he will be able to take credit for helping settle the dispute. If there is any substance to the rumor, we should hear about a settlement in the next few weeks. It is in everyone's best interest.
