Share Buyback #2

Also when the CFO and CEO are directing share buyback, they influence the performance of the stock, which in my opinion gives them to much control.

I perfer when the stock purely trades on market and company performance results, so that everything is very transparent and above board, as honest as possible.

A Fan/shareholder of ARX resources that gets a special dividend will reinvest it in the stock, stay engaged, monitor the company performance, and alway be looking for a special dividend when we are part of a good business cycle.

Promoter like Nuttal, sell all their stock, dust off the feet, and ride into the sunset.

I advocate for special dividends, and a engaged shareholder based that gets rewarded for holding onto the stock.

IMHO

Yes and when the company buysback shares it makes it much harder for traders to predict highs and lows and swing the stock. Gee,  how terrible for you. GLTA LONGS!
