Well with ARX you have a management team, that just needs to get their act together. 

Arx management could not take advantage of an opportunity if it hit them over the head. 

Clearly someone need to clean house, they should bring back Dave Holt from CNRL and have him replace the entire management team. 

ARX management are not working in the shareholders best interests.

They are house keepers and don't have a strategy to make share holders money, just to have a clean house and pay themselves a handsome amount with no skin in the game. 

How can a 10B dollar company have rookie CEO and CFO's

I hope they are not buying birch, they have done nothing short of destroy value in the purchase of VII Generations, this management team needs serious help.  I am not a fan of Birchcliff, owned the stock, owned the debt at one point in time.  ARC Resources Wapiti is a fantastic area and they should be drilling wells there as well, my guess is they sold off all their transportation in
