Balance Sheet First Company- Ha a Bibby Joke
Bibby claims that ARX is a balance sheet first company, so if the balance sheet is first why are they buying back shares and taking capital off the balance sheet when they were carrying more than 2 billion dollars in balance sheet liability?
Secondly ARX management has bought close to zero shares with their own money, companies like POU, TOU, CNRL, where the staff and management have their own money invested expect to get paid special dividends.
Companies like ARX where all the management has is options that were given to them don't care about the shareholders or paying shareholders dividends in the good times.
ARX management would rather just pay a higher stock premium price to buy back shares during the good time, because they only care about their stock price and the options handed to them, not share holder returns of paying out a healthy dividend.
Management is offside with the share holders and has squandered billions of dollars through their incompetance.
IMHO

Sounds like an easy sell for you MHP. Time to put your Arc earnings into TOU. Later bud.
