Mexican government has approved La Preciosa acquisition

Announced on CC now underway.

This will increase 43101 resource to 290 million Ag eq.  

La Preciosa is an excellent strategic fit for Avino's 2500 ton mill in operation now.

NO DEBT!!!!! 

Over $US 30 mill working capital now.
