ATS has had a nice move since mid-July. Do you feel this is just along with general market movement or something else? How do you feel about adding to this company at this point?
While we think it is mostly market-related, the market is also rewarding solid companies today more than higher risk and unprofitable names. We would be fine adding ATS at these levels if there is room in one's portfolio. At a 17x earnings valuation, it is still trading near historical lows, despite the recent rally. (5iResearch)
