As far as I know, the shareholder rights plan is intact. And it is important for us. In the peer group, the valuation per 1 p Cu is 1.4 c/p Cu, which would correspond to a value of USD 2.577 per Alta Copper share. We are currently at 37 cents and therefore have an increase potential of at least 7 times to reach the average. As the market turns more attention to raw materials,

agreed a copper giant slumbers here....but so do us unprotected retail shareholds. If you know where the shareholders rights document is, please disclose it. I searched their web site and cannot find it.

If the rights plan is intact, why we dont have to vote for the new increase % of  ownership ? If the rights plan is intact, why we can't find it under the Corporate governance in the web site of the company ? It was there last january.
