Minimum price

I am aware of Bonifacio's statement regarding a minimum selling price of $1 per share in 2022.
At the time, Candente had 300 million shares outstanding.
Accordingly, a minimum price of USD 300 million was meant at that time
 
Converted to the current number of 84 million shares outstanding, this would mean a value of $3.5 per share.
 
So that would be the bottom end.
 
Should copper prices increase to the expected $10-15,000 per tonne, which is expected, and should drill results at Norte, Sur and Verde lead to an increase in resources, which is expected, then more attention should be paid to Alta

The Noront/Fortescue purchase was completed fruitfully because BHP was a white knight competing for the nickel resource and there was no Bonaficio and the Fortescue was the single largest shareholder with 37% of Noront.
