We are well aware of that . My concer is that 30% is owned by a single shareholder that can try to manipulate the pps and try to get in on the cheap for a take over.

Agree and we have seen that Fortescue has no problem bullying, e.g. when they killed the alternative 10 million offer or when they bullied Joan Freeze out.  But without Fortescue we also would not be were we are today and the PP with them have all been done significantly above market prices at the time. Going forward the next PP will be interesting. I think if Fortescue is smart it will table ...more

Fortescue can't vote on an offer they instigate, they must retain from voting. IMO
