Considero que mnimo debera ser $ 7.15 para realizar la oferta, a pesar de ser accionista mayoritario y tener cierta ventaja, no significa  que el proyecto est en el radar de otras empresas, estoy seguro que tendremos redoble de tambores antes del repique de campanas, todo depender del valor inicial
