In my opinion it would be better to increase it

To buy 20% of the company's shares cheaply, you need 20% of shareholders who want to sell

their shares cheaply.
That would be the opposite of what a shareholder would normally do would.

Funds, private offices, Peruvian HNW and directors are likely to benefit from this rather out of the

question.
In my opinion, the free float of 26% should essentially be at Alta be committed because

there are good reasons for it.
1. massively undervalued compared to the peer group 2. Perfect

prospects for copper ($15-20,000 per ton in the
next years) 3. Drilling program 2024/2025 with a

possible 50% increase in resources
4. Hardly any downside risk as there are already world-

class deposits
5. Alta just released the PEA with very robust numbers (who could say no to that)

6. Fortescue is a major on board In my opinion, there is practically nothing to suggest a sale the

share price is at a low level and there is a lot to be said for it being completely in
On the contrary,

to increase further.
