Alta Copper Corp > VOTE !!

VOTE !!

If you were a shareholder of Alta Copper as of May 8 2024 you are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 25 2024.

At the 2023 Annual Meeting only18.45% of the total outstanding shares were represented.  At a Special Vote to allow Fortesque to participate in  a private placement and increase the number of shares it held, 31.20% of the companies shares were represented.

31% is also the percentage of Alta's stock Fortesque owns.  Consievably Fortesque could  vote its shares to withhold the election of Alta's management.  Also you could vote against the Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan.  The PEA should be enough incentive for them to buy shares to make more money (and promote the company) like Giulio Bonifacio is doing.

Not sure our votes will make a difference. I think the company will be taken out after the permit are given, but not at an excessively high value. I think we will be lucky if we get to 2.50/sh
