ALTA COPPER BOARD OF DIRECTORS, PERMITS AND TIME
Now that the Alta Copper board members have been “removed” by Fortescue, what is on the agenda going forward?
The news release states:
"The Board intends to complete this process as promptly as possible, and within the 90 days required pursuant to Toronto Stock Exchange Policies."
1. Are shareholders now supposed to wait another 3 months for this BOD stuff to be resolved?
2. Who will fill the 4 vacant BOD seats? Better find them quick or are they already selected?!?
3. What happens if permits come in prior to resolving the BOD issue?
4. Will there be a new CEO & President? If so, will Joanne Freeze continue working at Alta Copper?
5. If Peru's MINEM believes Canariaco will be the flagship project in Lambayeque by 2028 how are things going to accelerate to get us there?
"This forecasted sharp increase in production is due to the start of several projects, including the Canariaco Norte, Chalcobamba, Trapiche, and Antilla projects in 2028."
6. When will Fortescue or another group make an offer for everyone to see? Time is wasting!!
If they wait and continue these delay tactics they will never acheive production by 2028.
The entire management team should be working 24/7 to get Canariaco moving as too much time, money and effort have been wasted.
Bonifacio now has his PEA, get things rolling.
Alta Copper get cracking, don't delay, make the right decisions quickly and move this project forward!!
If Fortescue takes Alta Copper private soon, this project will be built fast!!
The problem...THEY NEED TO BUYOUT THE REMAINING SHARES!!!!
