Sorry, should read 17,5% Peruaner & High Net Worth

The question of how the remaining shareholders will behave if

Fortescue makes a purchase offer is also answered by the share

structure.

Alta share structure

17,5% Peruvian & High Net Worth

18,5% Fonds & Fam

6,8% Directors-Officers

26,2% Retail/Public Float

I think these are all people who know what they are doing.

Nobody wants to lose.

If I remember correctly, the local community is also invested.

It would be questionable, especially with regard to the local community,

to make them an immoral offer. The people there are poor and cannot

afford to be ripped off.

And they are very sensitive. Working with and in the community has

cost Alta a lot of time, money and work over the years.

We have to thank Joanne for that too, because the community ultimately

has to agree when asked.

All the others are also not invested to be shown up.

There are also investors who have been there since 2000.

They did not hold out for 24 years just to let the shares fall.
