It doesn't matter who the Minister of  Mining in Peru as long as the community is not on board. It doesn't look like they are:

Is it again just a wannabe community leader and a handful of people who are against? This is the second time in two months that we can read about the community refusal. 

You would assume, that tells you right here why the share price isn't going anywhere and there is zero interest.

Yes, seems to be the same guy calling himself the community president, but isn't.  Just don't understand why the PRO mining people in the community (if they are existing) are calling him out on his false claims.  His FB speech claiming the majority of people reject the project had over 5000 views. So apparently there are some eyes on this issue.  Hope it is just a lot of
