IMO.... Moving into International away from US is smart. Moving into grocery is also smart. Could be a very smart thing to do if that's what they are after. Give it a few days and the puzzle will be less fuzzy. GLTA

I'm wondering if CT are allowed to buy back shares right now or if there would be a trading halt on the them while this is going on?  What is really hilarious about this drop is that this is a non binding offer and CT has not committed to a break up fee!!  They are free to walk away at any time.
