So seriously, which is more plausible? 42 or 32? ATD grew by acquisitions, this is how they do things, this is what ATDS is all about, their DNA. They may strike a smaller deal, another deal whatever...They were always consolidators. Great buying opportunity.

I don’t think there’s much downside, but there’s not much upside either. There’s a disconnect between what the market thinks the future should look like (more of the same as we’ve seen over the past many years) and what couche tard envisions for the future. This is going to be an overhang for this stock for a while.

Believe me the Carrefour deal is forever gone, during the conference call management open the door to another deal , maybe ambitious but something they can chew. Since their last acquisition was in Honk Kong and think they can rely on that  proficient management , i tought that Miniso (MNSO) would be a good fit , its now a direct competitor of dollar stores in the world , has a 9G$ market cap ...more
