That's not been confirmed by either party, but the source is good. So, if it's true, I hope it's a firm and final offer. It's a significant premium and Seven & I should be moved to accept on condition of approval by the Japanese government, which is not a slam dunk. Then there's the US and Canadian governments to get on board, but my guess is that couche tard have already
