Good or bad? Good! This is the only way to stop the idiots from pumping cheap oil. Produce only enough to sell at reasonable prices.

Or you get another differential blowout a la 2018... That being said, with Biden winning the election, kxl being dead is pretty much priced in. See the recent underperformance of TRP vs ENB over the last several months

there are lots of pipelines still half full.... biden said he would do it ... All he is doing is going to make gas prices rise in the states.... The people over the next 6 months are going to be paying a lot more for gas... they are not going to be happen ...
