It does indeed seem excessive (total comp of $4,052,465 according to pg.37 of the 2021 information circular)...however,  its not like any of us can do anything about this... The vast majority of the shareholder base is fragemented retail holders LOL, make sure to vote against the new incentive plan...that being said, its probably going to get passed, regardless. otherwise just dump the ...more

Still it's excessive. It just doesn't add up. I will be voting against it. The board need to bring in managemnt that have a pedigree of successes, that would bring instant credibility and confidence. This company has great assets and potential and I believe we have inept management.

Or, as I have suggested before to complainers that pop up at every agm, for every company, quit your whining, work harder, and get a job like his. Sorry union jobs and civil servants, or whatever "regular" job we schmucks have don't get that pay grade. So go for it.
