forget about the innovation and all EV markets... I asked myself, when will I get my electric car? The answer is not anytime soon... At least for next 15 years, I don't see the oil demand going down. 

Elon Musk was successful to poison the markets and gain big with his crazy interviews and tweets... At the end he has to play a bad game with Bitcoin to show positive revenue on car sales!

I believe ATH will be trading above $1.5 soon.

I would disagree entirely with your statement.  If the refi is completed today, you can bet that whomever lends the cash will insist on a hedge at today's market prices (about $66).  If they had done the refi last month the hedge price would have been ($55).  If you believe oil will be moving up from here then the longer they wait, the more favourable will be the hedge.  At
