Back when we were $1.02 oil was $76.28   But we had a $13.50 discount.so 76.28 - 13.50 = $ 62.78

now we are $ .87  but oil is $73.45 the discount is only $11.45   So.   73.45 - 11.45 = 62.00. 

almost there  

discount is coming down with more capacity and oil is going up with more demand
