Nice to see it move up..... but a little too soon to celabrate. It broke the $1 mark in July when WTI oil peaked at $75. Now with WTI oil breaking $78 we are struggling to hit $1. A continuance of the pattern of diminishing peaks. No real trend reversal yet. Even at the low valuations we have seen in the past year - we should be trading north of $1.20 by now. Lets hope it is
