I am happy that I took my half out several days ago but quite honestly this is not bad. Wait for it to toil in 90 cent perhaps below 90 cent range but then it should definitely take off to $1.20 then $1.50. I think we will never know but they must have been struggling to get the deal done. Now that it is done they bought themselves this valuable time to take care of the debt situation and become truly a great company.

No, I hold almost half a million worth of this stock. I want it to do well. Yes I was hoping for the better deal but I am ready to move on. You need to walk in their shoes to know all the facts. I do think there was some knowledge that ATH struggled to get a deal done, that explains many things including constantly suppressed share price. Now this is done we will have a different chapter.
