This title is stuck and it,s supposed to go over 1,25$, am just waitinf for it.

I don't think this title or any other from the same section is for you. What do you hope to accomplish by complaining about a stock you own? Daily? Multiple times? Maybe buy an etf or mutual fund. You think if RBC publishes a target price increase to $1.25 that should happen instantly? In a day? In a week? Doesn't work that way.
