OPEC

OPEC can show the world that they are in control of the oil market by not being influenced by the US and the rest of the countries. Hold to their own plan is key. If they do adjust this time all the countries will continually badger them every month. 
the US and China loaded up when oil was $20 at opec's loss  
No one's talking about that.

they can be diplomatic about it but not cave in on the first ask. Wording like. "In the new year they might adjust "

Bidens call for opec to pump more is just a setup so that he can shift the blame. He knows that OPEC won't oblige, and the fact that most crude imports to the US comes from Canada and South America. He knows that OPEC pumping more won't lower the gas prices in the US....
