Justin Bouchard from Desjardins raised target price to $1.50.
Says hedging provides stability for the companies free cash flow which they use to reduce debt.

All their hedges are in the money right now. $54 USD WCS vs current price of $48, and a collar range of $50 to $98 USD for WTI would be based on a 12 month strip ~ $75. The current WTI 12 month strip is $65. I do believe the WCS hedges may end up costing them some, but if the $98USD upside for WTI costs them, well I will be very happy!
