Another factor to play into Ath SP towards the end of this year and into next would be that Mexico is reportedly halving their exports of heavy oil to the US by the end of this year (apparently they've already reduced to India also) and by the end of next year, when Ath should be out of debt with a floor of 80-85 $ / barrel, will have halted all heavy oil exports to become more self sufficient ...more
