Like I said this afternoon pop or no pop tomorrow this will still be a great investment with lots of room for the share price to run up. I'll just keep adding here.

Priced high relative to others in my analysis. FFO per share for full year 36 cents. Outlook for 2022 60 cents. Look at competition in the sector. Comparing FFO per share 2.09/ .60 = 3.5 x FFO Most companies @ 2-3 times and some as low as 1.5 times. This stock is a Hold in my estimation. It will go up but not as much the rest of the sector.
