I agree,O & G will probably be here for as long mankind is around. About 90 % of what we use as WTI in it.I'm just saying where smart money is now, which is O&G ( for now ).Then it will be renewables....

The big thing some experts  are paid by the ecolo-anti-oil organization and their opinion are skewed. They dont say all about so many problems with the electric stuff and the way has been built, environement, noise,  migratory bird killed, soil destroyed, batteries pollution, the way to produce the electricity, etc. The sad side of this, they show just the supposed right side of the ...more

On a final note. The best strategy moving forward. diversification. ( More renewables,a precentage of natural gas and nuclear power plants ), so that we reduce are carbon footprint  for the planet.....And as I've mentioned....all of them have there pros & cons..... (  Maybe if we have an Alien from another place, comes down and shows us a better solution....  )

They are also building nuke plants at a torrential rate, 50 I think, (compared to everyone else) and buying Russian gas as fast as they can build pipeline capacity. That's putins back up plan for gas plus Russia has lots of uranium. I wouldn't buy Russian technology for nuclear plant as long as Europe and USA will supply it or I could steal it.
