Well, As I understand it, if someone wants to buy out or take over ATH, they have 15 days to declare their intent after they have acquired 20% of the oustsanding shares.  If this was Nine Point Energy Fund buying these shares, Eric N. would now have 75 million shares (14% of the float), through agreements they may control many more, just an observation......
