so, Morgan Stanley sold their 11M shares which it bought at $2.13. Does it means MS doesn't look positive at future of ATH ? GLTA

Second time this month. Nobody wants to be caught owning shares pre-earnings. Oil is trading like biotech. Usually everyone dumps 1 week pre-earnings. Wouldn't be surprised if this was Nuttall.

Yes but there was a buyer -- so who is on that side of the trade? It could be a good thing.   What about the warrants?  Any thoughts on that?

Certainly there are enough warrants to issue shares which then get immediately shorted.  That's the only other explanation.
