OPEC+ panel unlikely to tweak oil policy at Feb. 1 meeting,

Doesn't look like OPEC will be adding any bullishness to Oil also the FED is to hike the rate by only .25% which is bullish for Oil in general and the volatility that was expected for Feb might not be as bad but we do have EU Embargo happening in Feb so everyone will be watching how Russia deals with it after idle threats of cutting production. Russia reported that in 2022 their production increased.
