Iran, Russia move to link banks to evade Western sanctions

Russia increased production in 2022 and together with Iran will end up scratching China's itch killing demand with cheaper Oil we're seeing the US time after time reporting Crude Stock surplus and this is with having the Oil refinery back online long enough to get a better picture of demand. Now we wait to see how the US trade on another possible surplus.
