My guess someone will take a 40% stake in Ath soon.

Nobody can go over 20% without making a formal offer to all shareholders on the same terms. Never mind 40%. A bid for 20 or 40 won't succeed because it will almost certainly result in 1] a competing bid or 2] nobody will tender their shares

I made this remark, in jest, 3 years ago. With debt at $1Billion but trading at 20 cents on the dollar, and the stock trading in the teens, all I needed was someone to backstop me with the financing to take Ath private for about 300 million. When they had $200 million in cash. So net, I only needed $100 million. Or something like that. It was ridiculous at the time. It still is because back then
