The term is called "feeding the troll".  His posts are intentionally designed to ilicit an emotional response from other members.  By responding to those same posts you are feeding his agenda. It also results in a large number of useless posts littering the board and overwhelming constructive and thoughtful posts.  Two choices i) read his posts and choose not to respond ...more
