kinda crazy buying ATH at $3 when you buy TVE at $4 so going by the rule of thumb ATH should be at $2.25 in comparison to TVE who volume is doubled and they both have same amount of shares plus TVE is expanding production where ATH isnt going to be growing much so TVE has a real chance of hitting $3.50 on low oil so its a no brainer to buy TVE even at $4 plus TVE oil is desirable oil not tar oil ATH is overvalued in lower oil and ATH struggles more with $70 oil where TVE could make money $65 oil
