It will be interesting to see who they trot out to drive prices into the ditch. I say Powell, demand destruction, China . Prices take a dive....

Who's "they" ? There is no "they". All the shorts scurried under the appliances this morning when the light came on. $3.50 tomorrow will work better than RAID!

They is the US government. As for shorts if that were the case we would have done much better. ATH was the lowest of all oil stocks. So the shorts forced it up and then sold.

Hmmm. I know I'm cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs but if "they" is the us govnt. I'm going to point out 'they' couldn't organize a potty run. Given the great incompetence ranted about on every social media platform about every level of government, how can anyone suggest "they" could organize a coordinated effort to do anything without tripping over each other ...more

yep you can be sure they'll try anything they can to keep prices lower and inflation in check , they would have a hard time raising interest rates any higher with the way the bank situation is. They are on a slippery slope and OPEC 's in the driver's seat
