What Putin and the Saudis should be doing

If I was either I'd be driving prices higher after all this obvious American manipulation. Putin could be selling oil to the Saudis instead of China and India. The Saudis could then store Russian oil and cut their own production. This would then drive prices higher as both Russian and Saudi oil comes off the market. Dirty manipulation could work both ways.
