Down 8 in the USA to 674.

You have to specify it is oil and gas rigs. Those related to oil were around 555 the last time I checked. 550 is the number of rigs to maintain current production in the US. US authorities confirmed that month to month production from March to April fell over 100 kbd while April oil demand was record high for all Aprils since 2007.
