ATH Quarterly Results
Sadly, not nearly as encouraging as suggested by many posters here. In spite of all the touted bybacks, the share count is still high as insiders reward themselves for being such fantastic managers. Low WTI during the quarter certainly had the expected effect on profitability. If I remember correctly, earnings of 10 cents, i.e 40 annually, so P/E = $3.50/0.40 = 8.75 But the next quarterly results should be better since WTI has risen. Bank of America is predicting $90 WTI. Gear really go hammered by halving their monthly dividend, in spite of management loudly proclaiming since initiation that the rate would be adjusted each month.

They are gonna need a bigger cookie jar with so many management hands taking all the time. So much dilution. Things to like but I'm out again.

I sold some this week but if WTI rises to $90, ATH still has a good future. When WTI stops rising, leave ATH to Ninepoint... maybe they can force management to control expenses.

MaxMoe is 100% RIGHT on the dividend argument. And on GEAR as well because multipy the monthly dividend outlay and Gear could have bought back 10% of its shares by now. The stock would probably be 1.50 or even 2.00 by now. For ATH NO WAY ON A DIVIDEND. 4.00 bucks soon on ATH.

Thanks for the clarification on sharecounts increasing, it definitely was too much for compensation alone
