SO TRUE... Financial Freedom. October 2021 -- $450M USD to $350M because the current management team navigated successfully through Covid and saved enough cash to complete the new debt financing. December 2022 -- $175.2M to be able to cross $175M threshold in April 2023 and begin NCIB. September/October 2023 -- ZERO DEBT -- FULL STOP REMARKABLE TRANSITION.... 4 50 is a fair price soon.

There's more financial freedom to be had with the Kabob Duverney assets they still have. 30% interest in these properties in partner with Murphy. I would think that this would be a fairly easy sale if they wanted to. But since they dont really need the cash at this point, it might be a while. I say, sell Kabob and start up Corner and lets see what we have there.
