1. No taxes payable until fiscal 2030 2. 3BLN in tax loss carry forwards  3. Advantageous royalty structures 4. 162M USD DEBT outstanding due October 2026 5. 350M cash I think EOY 2023 6. Lots of expansion potential  5.00 to 5.50 would probably take it right now.

Buying predictable and safely flowing heavy oil will cost a lot more than $5.50 a share.  World is getting more dangerous by the minute.
