as much as I don't like seeing them changing the pipe size , I'm glad they will finally finish that project .

Any idea on how much reduction in BPD flow of product? I'm no P.Eng but methinks it definitively will be significant no doubt.

Apparently, The volume will not change. The pipe diameter will be reduced to 30" from 36". So a six inch reduction. However, they will be increasing the pressure through that 2 kilometre section of pipe just after Hope BC, and maintain the volume. The regulators initial concern was weather the smaller diameter pipe proposed can handle the additional pressure. LN

i was wondering the same thing myself, doesn't add up . And how come it's safe now but it wasn't at the first hearing.

- the CER are a BUNCH of CLOWNS who DO NOT LISTEN to the GEOLOGISTS and ENGINEERS at TMX Santa put a hearing aid in the stocking. Or maybe it was the PMO
