Total products was a 10 million barrel draw. About 5 mil barrels higher than the 20 year low. The US, however, has been a net exporter of around 200 million barrels since their war with russia started. I assume this was mostly exported to the plebs in europe to keep us quiet.

Yep..total products. Looking at just oil inventories is useless. Take a look at total (all products incl spr) inventories, export/import balance and production.
