- Waterous Energy Fund (WEF) through SCR has TOO MUCH DEBT to TAKE ON ATH and ATH shareholders will be VERY RELUCTANT to TAKE ON SCR shares - the BODs and CEO of Athabasca Oil will have NOTHING TO DO with WEF (SCR) UNLESS they PUT CASH on the TABLE and OFFER a SUBSTANTIAL PREMIUM to the ATH share price - so your proposal is CUCKOO z173

I don't think that Waterous cares one way or the other. Even if all they do is sell their shares into the market once Greenfire is producing it should be close to a 4 bagger for them which is a pretty good return.
