ATH , i keeps hoping

Some company has to be looking at this gem, in my way of think is a $8 takeout target, We have probably 500m shares outstanding, no debt and almost 3 billion tax pool, it would cost them maybe $4b to get 30+ yrs of oil, anyways any thoughts
