Other opportunities

Hello everyone,

Sure there are other opportunities. SNC is however my only Canadian stock as i invest in US markets because I usually sell lots of long and short options and the bid ask spreads are few cents only. In a nutshell, I make money selling time value.

One stock I moved in and substantially added last week is Gilead which in my opinion will be acquired by Roche in 2021 at 80$+.  It has great growth prospects and the CEO comes from Roche where he was instrumental in their success. It also pays about 4.8% in dividends. The PE is about 9 and they sell the only FDA approved medication against covid. Expecting them to beat.

SNC will surprise more than one this year too. They are on track which means they will be above 30$, then 40$, then 50$. This time fellas you won't have time to trade it.

Yes finalstep, you are perfectly correct. Jim Cramer explains it in detail in this revealing and equally entertaining clip. Please Click on the rotating wheel and put the captions on (English subtitles). You will be literally thrilled. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EuT6UyeeJcQ I have virtually met with upper management and have presented and shared these findings in detail including ...more

Hello Phil, Thanks for your post. I am not a financial advisor but an engineer posting on a message board to share my analysis and findings and learn from those of others, and i have learned a lot, motivated principally by the need to share with my fellow shareholders and learn from them.  I have always performed nicely in most of what I do because I am very thorough. So ...more

Gabriel, I'll put my 20,000 shares behind you if you run for a seat on the board.

Gabriel speaks the truth and is spot on. My question is why the major shareholders are not forcing the issue. We, the retail shareholders, are powerless.

Thanks Mega, Tom and all the great people on this board. OK. My "informed guess" is CDPQ is following very closely the LSTK exit and associated reorganization, and the REM, both of which are on the right tracks. How is that for a Jesuit educated guy ?  :)
