Does the deal include Sarnia and Calgary offices???

I believe the Sarnia office is the most profitable oil and gas unit in Canada with a major clients like Imperial oil and Nova.

Hi Eldorado, I would not think that these offices would be included in the deal.  Offices only in Middle East I would say.  I use to work at the Sarnia office for 8 yrs as a engineer and mostly seconded to clients sites.  I will certainly will find out from my colleagues if the situation is different.  I am also invested, as are most SNC employees via the company share

Thank you PMRata! I sold half of my shares at mid 50's before the bad news but waiting to sell the rest to buy something else. It would be better if they keep these offices in Canada because of client loyalty.
