IS AN OFFER TO BUY OUT SNC IMMINENT?

Greetings folks,

For the second time in the last 4 days, I was told this morning by somebody whom I have the outmost respect, that an offer to acquire snc is imminent (he’s so convinced he added more shares on Friday).  

Did anybody on this forum here anything to that effect? I am starting to think that there is no smoke without fire.

Was that the purpose of the news release of last week?  Why not wait 3 weeks for q4 earnings date and make those announcements then? Was the nr of last week like cleaning house…

ARE WE IN FOR A GREAT SURPRISE ON MARCH 9? OR EVEN SOONER!

Could this be the news we’ve been waiting for the last 2 years?

Even at a ps of $40 ($27 + 50% incentive), the buyer would get snc/atkins+ at a bargain.

Please share whatever you’ve read/heard about this. Just wondering if it’s only coincidence, or if there is something more to it.

C est exactement ce que je me suis demande..... Finalement achete..... Je serais surpris que SNC soit vendu, j'estime et je pense galement que la direction evalue la valeur de SNC bien plus haut .... Meme a 40, si nous enlevons 15 pour SNC capital, nous serions a 25 et Atkins seul vaut deja plus....

When i share some points on snc (considered negative by some) that makes me a short. When i share others points on snc (considered positive by some) that makes me a pumper.
